- Check that the app is still connected to the base. If not, follow these instructions to reconnect.
- Make sure the base is plugged-in and has power. The control box has a blue LED light that will illuminate.
- Make sure your phone has Bluetooth turned ON.
- Make sure you are no more than 20 feet away from bed.
