We are launching a new mattress exclusive to Costco! We're so excited to be able to reach more customers with this great company!

  • Launch Day: 9/1/2023

Important Note: Costco will handle everything from shipping, returns, and warranties. We'll go over this more below. :)

We've started to get calls from Costco Customers asking for more information about the mattress we'll be offering. Check out the info below to help answer these questions, but keep in mind that ALL orders will have to be placed on Costcos website.

Order Process and Payment Method

Customers will select their items and purchase on the Costco website. They'll receive a Costco order number and view all order information through their Costco account.

 

Payment Methods for Costco.com:

Please note: a U.S. or Canadian billing address is required for deliveries within the United States. Delivery options outside the U.S. can be found here.

 

Financing Options: Not available on Costco.com at this time.

 

Shipping

Costco will handle all shipping and delivery! 

 

Shipping: White Glove with Costco.

Setup and Haul Away: Delivery to the room of choice and setup is included.

  • Setup is in accordance with manufacturing guidelines so product is ready for intended use. Packaging removal included.
  • SLA: The estimated delivery time will be 1 - 2 weeks in most areas from the time of order. Some areas are subject to longer transit, delivery and scheduling times and will require an additional 2 - 3 weeks.

Delivery coverage is within 50-miles of a Costco Wholesale warehouse and includes:

  • Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. (Some exceptions apply).
  • Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico will have an additional shipping and handling charge calculated and applied at checkout.

Members in the state of California that will not receive haul away at time of delivery, must call 1-800-955-2292 within 30 days of delivery to request haulaway.


Used mattress that are contaminated and pose a risk to personnel, new products, or equipment are not eligible for haulaway.

 

Returns, Warranties, Shipping Issues and Exchanges

Costco will handle all returns following their policies.

Costco.com products can be returned to any of our more than 800 Costco warehouses worldwide.

Costco will handle all warranties following our warranty policy.
