If you would like to exchange your Purple® Mattress within the 100-night trial, please contact our Customer Care team. We will coordinate the return of your current mattress and the delivery of your new mattress model!
Once you have received the new mattress model, you will have the remaining days of your 100-night trial or 30 additional days, whichever is longer.
Keep in mind, we ask all Purple customers to spend up to 21-nights on the Purple® Mattress before starting a return or exchange. This time will allow your body to adjust to the amazing support Purple has to offer!
