We do not recommend using Purple mattresses on a futon base.

Do Any Of Your Pillows Come With Pillowcases?
Most of our pillows come with a zip cover, not a pillowcase. You can choose to purchase a pillowcase set in our SoftStretch fabric, HERE, or in our Complete Comfort fabric, HERE.

Is the Purple PowerBase compatible with Amazon Alexa?
This PowerBase has been retired. For information on our new adjustable bases, click HERE. At the moment, the Purple™ PowerBase is not compatible with Amazon Alexa.

Great question! If you order from Amazon, you will follow their return policy. This will look different than the Purple return policy.

Is the Purple Mattress available in Canada?
Currently, we do not offer shipping to Canada. However, we are continually working to expand our reach and bring Purple comfort to more sleepers. Please check back soon for updates!

Will you sell a mattress after it's been used?
We do not sell a mattress after it has been used. A returned Purple Mattress will be recycled. They will never be returned to the Purple warehouse.

Will salt water harm the Purple® Seat Cushion?
Great question! Our Purple® Seat Cushions will not be harmed by fresh or salt water.
