The update takes less than 1 minute! The phone must be kept within Bluetooth range of the Smart Base (15 feet).
- Update your app to the latest version by searching Purple Smart Base in the App Store or Google Play store.
- Pair your app with your Smart Base.
- If a new firmware version is available, you will receive a notification or can find the new update in the settings tab.
You can view your current app version and firmware version in the Settings tab.
