Large products like mattresses require special handling. A Transportation Charge is standard practice across the mattress industry.  You may see it listed by other companies as a Processing Fee, Restocking Fee, or Return/Exchange Fee.  The Transportation Charge covers a portion of the expenses involved in processing a return, exchange, or warranty.

Charge Schedule:

• Essentials Mattresses (PurpleFlex Mattress, The Purple Mattress, PurplePlus Mattress, PurpleRenew Mattress) = $150
• Restore Hybrid Mattresses (Restore Hybrid Mattress, RestorePlus Hybrid Mattress, RestorePremier Hybrid Mattress) = $250
• Rejuvenate Luxe Mattresses (Rejuvenate Mattress, RejuvenatePlus Mattress, RejuvenatePremier Mattress, RejuvenateUltimate Mattress) = $350

A Transportation Charge does not apply if there was a problem with the delivery, a warranty issue with the mattress within 100 days, or an unopened mattress return.
