To start the warranty process for your mattress, complete our short Warranty Claim Form.
This form collects the necessary information about your order, product, and the issue you’re experiencing. Once submitted, you’ll receive an email with the next steps, including photo requests. Once photos are submitted, your claim will be reviewed by our Warranty Specialists.
Before starting a warranty claim, please ensure the following requirements are met:
- The law tags from the mattress must be intact.
- Your product must be within its warranty timeframe.
- Your warranty will be void if the product is damaged or stained due to neglect.
- Original proof of purchase (including date) may be required.
- Photos of the mattress and base will be required.
- Removal of the warranted mattress must be arranged by Purple.

After your claim and photos have been reviewed, if your warranty is approved, we will issue a replacement mattress. Please note that you will be responsible for any applicable shipping or transportation charges.
Purple will coordinate the removal of your original mattress. Please do not dispose of or remove your mattress on your own, or before your replacement has arrived.
