You can find your order number two different ways!
Email Confirmation
When you place an order on the Purple website or with a Purple Sleep Genius, we'll automatically send you an order confirmation email that includes your order number! If you don't have your order number, we recommend searching your inbox. Using the keywords listed below will help narrow your search:
- Sender Name: Purple
- Sender Email: customerexperience@purple.com
- Subject Line: Your Purple Order # is Confirmed!
Your order number will start with an N, CT, or 460. For example:
- N123456
- CT123456
- 460123456
If you can't find the email in your inbox, make sure you check spam or junk folders.

"My Account" via the Website
You can also find your order number by creating or logging into your account on our website! To create an account or reset your password, click here!
Once you've logged in, you can navigate to "My Orders". Your orders will be listed, and product photos will help you find the one you're looking for!
A couple of notes:
- You'll need to be logged into the account using the email address your order was placed under.
- If your order doesn't show up, it might be an order that was placed before we had customer accounts. If so, don't worry! Our customer care team will be able to help you find your order!
