The Purple® Mattress needs a strong and sturdy base! This can be a platform, box foundation, or an adjustable bed frame. If using a slatted bedframe with no additional foundation, slats must be no more than 3.5 inches apart. Purple branded bed frames are approved and recommended to use with Purple mattresses.
