When your order is first created, it will take some time for the shipping status to update. Any FedEx tracking numbers will be populated when your package scans at the FedEx hub.
For our In-Home Set Up option, or for mattresses over $150 pounds, our third-party delivery partner will be delivering your mattress. You may not see a status update in the system. However, rest assured that the mattress is making its way to the correct location. Once it has arrived, the delivery partner will contact you with the delivery details and will arrange a delivery time of your choosing.
